Completely unresponsive, unprofessional and do not stand behind work at all. Takes MONTHS AND MONTHS, and still not done right. Thinking about taking my complaint to court.

We are very disappointed with Sky Blue Pool. They started on our pool repairs back in April 2016. Today is Nov 2016. We paid over $11,000 for the work and are still having trouble with a leak. We have been calling every week for them to tell us "Sorry, this is busy season for us" for the past 6 months. We understand that they sub-contract work, but when something goes wrong they have terrible management and leaves the customer to handle it. We have gone above and beyond our patience with this company. After countless emails and phone calls to the owner, they still have yet to reply to us. We were warned by neighbors after we had already signed with them that they were not reliable but it was too late by then. I just want to warn any other families looking to spend their money and time to stay away. They sound nice up front but once they get paid and things go wrong they are no where to be found.

I think the people that own this company started it with great intention. Grew it and then added support and don't manage them well. I have had on going issues every other month, sometimes every month. Did they respond well? Yes, but it never stopped but the bills kept coming. The one thing they did for me was to make me learn about taking care of a pool because they did not do a good job.

Best pool service I've found in over a decade of trying different companies. They run the company like a legit business not like a pool handyman. They are not perfect but do respond and always stay on it until 100% satisfaction is achieved.

Exceptional Customer service. Honest. On time. overall would recommend to anyone for new or cleaning up someone else's mess. Edgewater Pools made a complete mess of a very expensive pool - Skylar came in and corrected the issues, was budget conscious and kept things looking and running perfect.

The team under Skyler Jones direction could not have been more accommodating with the choices, advice and a real understanding of what was needed.
